BOOKING
Upon booking with us, we require a credit card on file to hold your future appointment. This is in place for our Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATION
We ask that you notify us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. If cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. No call you will be required to pay the full service price before booking a future appointment. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking a future appointment at Salty Roots.

CONFIRMATIONS
After booking with us, you will receive a confirmation email and text with all your details. Within 72 hours of scheduled service you will receive a confirmation email/text and then a 48 hour reminder.

HEALTH + SAFETY
As professionals, we are required to abide by state board policies of cleanliness and sanitation, as well as taking care of our staff and clients. If you are feeling under the weather or have been exposed to sickness, please respect our policies of cancelling/rescheduling with 24 hours or more notice. If less than 24 hours, the same Cancellation Policy is enforced.

LATE POLICY
We strive to be efficient and respect your experience in the chair. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to adjust and accommodate. This is not a guarantee you will receive the full service booked. If we feel this will compromise your service, then we will need to reschedule.

CHILDREN
At Salty Roots we love our little island babies. To maintain a safe environment and a relaxing experience for other guests, we ask that you arrange a kid-free appointment; unless they are receiving a service themselves. If you both are receiving services together, please be considerate of other guests and stylists, it can become a safety hazard if they are unaccompanied.

REFUNDS / ADJUSTMENTS
We do not offer refunds of any kind. In the event you are unhappy with the results of your service, please call the salon within one week to schedule an adjustment. Adjustment must be scheduled within 2 weeks of original service, after 2 weeks there will be a color service fee. Retail purchase is final sale, unless it is unopened.
